  1. Ensure you have an Instagram Business or Creator account
  2. Your Threads account is linked to your Instagram
  3. Go to Profiles in your Cue dashboard
  4. Click Connect Account on a profile
  5. Select Threads from the platform list
  6. Authorize via Instagram/Facebook
  7. You're connected! Start scheduling posts

Why do I need Instagram to connect Threads?

Threads is built on Instagram's infrastructure. Your Threads account is directly linked to your Instagram account, so authentication goes through Instagram.

Can I post to Threads without Instagram?

No. Threads requires an Instagram account. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account to use Threads with Cue.

What's the difference between Threads and Twitter?

Threads has a 500 character limit (vs Twitter's 280), supports up to 10 images (vs 4), and is integrated with Instagram. The audience demographics differ too.

Can I schedule replies on Threads?

Currently Cue supports original posts and threads. Reply scheduling is on our roadmap.

Does Threads support hashtags?

Threads has limited hashtag functionality compared to Instagram. Focus on great content rather than hashtag strategies.
